If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exercise the withdrawal, you may notify us by phone, e-mail, online form or by producing other explicit statement within 15 days from the date of purchase of the products. In case of withdrawal, the only cost to be borne by you will be that of return shipment.
The above does not apply to customized products (glasses and accessories), because they are customized and produced specifically for you.
We inform you that you can always return the customized products if they are defective upon receipt.
What to do to make a return and receive a refund (or replacement of the product):

Pack the product in its original packaging, including any document, accessory and manual received with the product, otherwise we may decide not to proceed with the refund. Make sure that the package is securely closed and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipment.
Do not forget to include the original packing slip.
The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, generally within 15 days of receipt of the product.
We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method. DavidMarc will not be liable in case of damage or loss of parcels.
